Supported territories, boutiques, personal courier and address verification.
BRENDYS garments are handed over through a selected boutique or personal courier after inspection and fitting. Availability depends on category, address, carrier restrictions and territory screening.
Website route calculations are estimates. Concierge confirms final timing and cost. Risk of accidental loss transfers under mandatory law and the agreed reception method.
BRENDYS provides digital storefronts, accounts, Maison Journal, BRENDYS Music, support, club functions and product request checkout. Some functions require a verified email and acceptance of current legal documents.
We may temporarily restrict access to protect clients, the brand and infrastructure in cases of suspected fraud, sanctions restrictions, automated attacks or breach of these terms.
Delivery is offered only for destinations confirmed by BRENDYS. Depending on value and city, methods may include approved carrier, boutique handover or personal courier. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed.
The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.
- Address, recipient, phone, access and territory may be verified before dispatch.
- High-value orders may require identity confirmation, signature, appointment or secure-location restrictions.
- Forwarding services must not be used to route goods to excluded territories.
- Customs, duties and import taxes follow the order confirmation and destination rules.
- The client must supply accurate customs and delivery information and remain available for handover.
- Failed delivery, refusal, inaccessible premises or repeated absence may create storage, return or redelivery consequences disclosed by the carrier or Seller.
- Risk transfers according to mandatory law and the agreed method; consumer risk generally does not transfer merely because BRENDYS hands goods to its chosen carrier.
- Force-majeure events, customs holds, severe weather, strikes, security incidents and carrier disruption may delay delivery.
BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.
- Destination eligibility is checked.
- The applicable method, cost and estimate are confirmed.
- Preparation and dispatch are recorded.
- Tracking or concierge coordination is provided where available.
- Delivery requires the stated signature or secure handover.
- Loss, visible damage or wrong delivery should be reported promptly with photographs and packaging.
Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.
Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
