Returns
Return handling protects both client rights and the integrity of each Maison object.Effective 5 July 2026Starting a return
Contact Client Services with the order reference, object and reason. Applicable instructions and timing are confirmed for the destination and object category.
Condition
Returned objects must be unworn, unused and complete with original labels, protective elements and packaging, except where inspection is reasonably necessary or the object is faulty.
Exceptions
Personalised, hygiene-sensitive, made-to-measure or specially configured objects may be excluded where permitted by law. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to applicable law and any disclosed delivery treatment.
