These terms govern confirmed purchases of BRENDYS objects and related client services.Effective 5 July 2026Order formation
An order becomes binding when BRENDYS confirms the object, destination, price, payment and applicable service conditions. Private requests remain enquiries until expressly confirmed.
Price and payment
Displayed currency, taxes, duties and delivery treatment depend on destination. Payment must be completed through an accepted method and may be subject to security review.
Availability
Limited, made-to-request and sold-out states are clearly identified. BRENDYS may decline or cancel an order when availability, compliance or payment requirements cannot be met.
Product information
Natural variation, hand finishing and screen rendering may create minor differences. Material, care, fit and Passport information form part of the object description.
