How BRENDYS communicates materials, durability, provenance and progress.
Environmental and material claims must be specific, verifiable and limited to the product or process they describe. BRENDYS does not use a broad “eco-friendly” claim without explaining its basis.
Maison priorities include limited production, repairability, precise care and reduced premature replacement. Composition and care information appears on product pages and labels.
Responsibility claims are product- and process-specific. BRENDYS favours limited production, longevity, care, repairability, considered packaging and supplier expectations but does not describe an object as perfectly sustainable or ‘100% eco’ without evidence.
The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.
- Material origin and recycled content claims are used only where supported for the relevant object or packaging.
- Natural and recycled inputs may vary between batches.
- Limited production can reduce overproduction but does not eliminate environmental impact.
- Supplier expectations may address law, labour, safety, restricted substances, traceability and environmental management.
- Packaging balances presentation, protection, transport damage and material use; mixed materials may be necessary.
- Care, repair and correct storage can extend life.
- Product-specific composition and care information prevails over general Maison statements.
BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.
- Claims are reviewed against available supplier or production information.
- Material changes are reflected in product-specific information where required.
- Clients may ask support for care or repair guidance.
- Substantiated corrections are incorporated into future descriptions and policy versions.
Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.
Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
Questions: legal@brendys.online or support@brendys.online. Material changes receive a new version and date; renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate.
