Provenance, serial codes, packaging and authorized sales channels.
Authenticity is assessed across order history, SKU, serial or collection code, materials, hardware and provenance. A QR code or packaging alone is not sufficient evidence.
BRENDYS sells through brendys.online and any channel expressly identified by the Maison. BRENDYS does not endorse an unauthorised marketplace merely because a listing uses images, packaging, an Object ID or the word ‘original’.
The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.
- Authenticity is assessed through provenance, official order records, Object ID, construction, materials, hardware, labels and other available evidence.
- Serial codes, packaging, tags and certificates can be copied and are not conclusive alone.
- BRENDYS does not guarantee goods bought from unauthorised sellers and is not responsible for counterfeit goods outside official channels.
- Support may decline an authentication request where there is no official order, insufficient evidence, altered identifiers or a legal dispute better addressed by the seller or platform.
- Do not publish a verification response as a transferable certificate for another item.
- Suspected counterfeit listings may be reported to legal@brendys.online.
BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.
- Provide official order reference, Object ID, provenance and requested images.
- BRENDYS checks available Maison records.
- The response may confirm a matching record, identify insufficient information or decline the request.
- A matching identifier does not override contradictory physical evidence.
Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.
Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
