Last updated: 5 July 2026 Version 2026.07.05 Applies to: European Union, EEA and BRENDYS supported territories

At a glance

Trademarks, Maison materials, licences and anti-counterfeiting.

BRENDYS, monograms, logos, trade dress, music, collection codes, photography, video, interfaces and texts are protected. Absence of a registration symbol does not waive rights.

Suspicious domains, listings, stores and products may be reported to brandprotection@brendys.online with URLs, screenshots and seller details.

BRENDYS names, logo, B monogram, wheelchair emblem with female profile, Accessible Luxury, trade dress, product and campaign names, music, video, photographs, text, layouts, UI, product cards, graphics, packaging, labels, Maison history, archive elements and overall look and feel belong to BRENDYS or are used under permission.

The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.

  • No implied licence arises from website access, purchase, sharing tools or editorial coverage.
  • Do not copy, publish, sell, advertise, commercially edit, scrape, dataset-build or train models on protected material without written permission.
  • Do not create fake stores, boutiques, partnerships, representatives, certificates, replicas, ‘inspired by BRENDYS’ listings or official-looking AI material.
  • Do not register BRENDYS-formative domains, email addresses, usernames, bots or social accounts.
  • Do not place marks on third-party goods, marketplace listings, NFTs, presentations or sponsorship materials.
  • Resale of a lawfully acquired genuine object does not authorise use of branding that implies an official store or partnership.
  • Good-faith news reference must be accurate, proportionate and non-misleading.

BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.

  • Send infringement reports to legal@brendys.online with URLs, screenshots, seller details and the protected material.
  • BRENDYS may preserve evidence, contact the publisher, platform, host, registrar, marketplace, payment provider or representative, and request removal.
  • Counter-notices and applicable platform processes are reviewed where required.
  • Measures are proportionate and may include access restriction, cease-and-desist correspondence or legal remedies.

Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.

Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions: legal@brendys.online or support@brendys.online. Material changes receive a new version and date; renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate.
