Composition, warnings, traceability, sizing and instructions.

The product page and physical label provide category, composition, size, care, manufacturer or responsible operator and warnings where required. Textile fibre composition is stated under applicable EU rules.

If an object appears unsafe, stop using it and send order number, SKU, images and details to safety@brendys.online. Where needed, BRENDYS will arrange inspection, repair, replacement, recall or another mandatory remedy.

Product pages and physical labels communicate category, fibre composition, size, care, traceability and safety information where applicable. For EU textile sales, fibre composition is provided in a durable, visible and legible form using permitted fibre names and required language treatment.

The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.

  • Screen settings and photography may cause colour variation.
  • Hand finishing, natural materials and limited batches may create non-defect variation.
  • Follow washing, dry-cleaning, heat, storage and specialist-care instructions.
  • Review allergy or sensitivity concerns for fibres, leather, finishes, fragrance, adhesives and metal components.
  • Keep detachable, sharp, magnetic or small decorative elements from children where indicated.
  • Packaging is protective, not a toy, and bags, cords, desiccants and rigid inserts should be handled safely.
  • Size information is guidance; product-specific measurements and fit notes prevail.
  • Stop use and contact support if an object appears unsafe, overheats, sheds a hazardous component or causes an unexpected reaction.

BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.

  • Provide order reference, Object ID or SKU, photographs and a clear description.
  • BRENDYS may request that use stops and arrange inspection.
  • Available measures may include guidance, repair, replacement, refund, safety notice or recall where required.
  • Misuse or care contrary to instructions is assessed separately from a manufacturing defect.

Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.

Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
