Where BRENDYS serves clients and which territories are excluded.

BRENDYS does not sell, deliver, service, register new commercial accounts or process payments for the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, other CIS countries, temporarily occupied territories, sanctioned regions or other jurisdictions excluded by BRENDYS internal rules, applicable European Union law, export controls or sanctions regimes. The Russian-language website is provided solely as an interface language and does not constitute an offer, advertising, invitation to purchase or confirmation that services are available in an excluded territory. BRENDYS may reject or suspend an order, account, delivery or payment and request additional verification of country, address, recipient, source of funds and end use.

A mismatch among IP, profile country, address, phone, bank or recipient may place an operation under manual review. This is not an accusation and is used for compliance and ecosystem protection.

BRENDYS does not sell, deliver, service, accept orders, register commercial accounts or process payments for Russia, Belarus, CIS countries, occupied territories, sanctioned regions or any destination excluded by law, export control, carrier availability, payment restrictions or Maison compliance.

The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.

  • Russian language, music, editorial or cultural content is not an offer, advertisement, invitation to purchase, legal presence or confirmation of service.
  • VPN or IP location does not determine eligibility.
  • The true client, payer, recipient, billing address, delivery address, forwarding route, bank country and end use may be reviewed.
  • Third-party cards, false billing, nominee recipients, intermediaries or reshippers must not be used to evade restrictions.
  • BRENDYS may decline registration, payment, order, support or delivery where the destination or transaction cannot be responsibly served.
  • A later change in law, sanctions, export control or logistics may affect an uncompleted transaction.

BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.

  • Automated signals may identify a mismatch.
  • The transaction may move to manual review without implying wrongdoing.
  • BRENDYS may request documentary clarification.
  • If eligibility cannot be confirmed, the transaction is declined or cancelled and authorised funds are released or refunded as applicable.
  • Repeated circumvention may lead to proportionate account restriction and refusal of future commercial service.

Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.

Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
