Rules for access to the website, account, digital materials and BRENDYS services.
By using brendys.online and related services, you agree to these terms, applicable law and published policies. If you disagree, stop using protected functions; legal pages remain available.
BRENDYS provides digital storefronts, accounts, Maison Journal, BRENDYS Music, support, club functions and product request checkout. Some functions require a verified email and acceptance of current legal documents.
We may temporarily restrict access to protect clients, the brand and infrastructure in cases of suspected fraud, sanctions restrictions, automated attacks or breach of these terms.
Account information must be accurate and current. One-time codes, session cookies and recovery methods are personal. Clients must reasonably protect their devices and report unauthorized access.
Declining mandatory documents restricts account and checkout for five minutes. A second decline during incomplete registration may place the profile under manual review without deleting data.
Bypassing access controls, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, harmful scraping, impersonation, interference with payments or orders, malicious uploads and infringement of intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
BRENDYS marks, monograms, imagery, music, interfaces, text and design are protected. Personal non-commercial viewing is allowed; reproduction, model training, resale or derivative works require written permission.
Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer law. Otherwise, digital services are provided with reasonable professional care, but availability may be interrupted for security and maintenance.
Access is intended for people capable of entering the relevant agreement under applicable law. A parent or guardian must supervise a minor where local law permits access. Registration never guarantees eligibility for commerce, Club access, limited objects or a particular territory.
The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.
- Use true identity and contact information; verify email when requested.
- Keep one personal account unless BRENDYS expressly authorises another structure.
- Do not transfer, sell, rent or share an account or one-time access code.
- Do not bypass geographic, quantity, age, security, sanctions or product restrictions.
- Do not deploy bots, crawlers, scraping, automated checkout, reverse engineering, vulnerability probes, denial-of-service activity or malicious code.
- Do not simulate checkout, manipulate inventory, abuse support, create fraudulent disputes, impersonate staff or misuse BRENDYS identity.
- Do not mass-download images, music, product data, Journal text or interface elements.
- Do not use the Website for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful purposes.
BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.
- BRENDYS may detect unusual account, device, network, order and payment patterns.
- A proportionate review may request email, identity, address, payment or destination clarification.
- During review, only affected functions may be paused where practical.
- BRENDYS may consolidate duplicate accounts, invalidate sessions, cancel an unaccepted order, remove submitted content, restrict Club or support functions, or refuse future service.
- Mandatory legal pages and routes required to exercise rights remain available.
Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.
Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
