Orders, prices, confirmation, payment on receipt and individual Maison projects.

Adding an item to a bag does not create a contract. A request becomes an order after availability, identity, territory and product parameters are reviewed and BRENDYS confirms it in writing.

Standard garments are paid for after inspection in a boutique or personally to a BRENDYS courier. Couture, mobility, aviation and technology objects require a separate contract and payment schedule.

Price and applicable taxes are confirmed before contract formation. Bank conversion and issuer fees are outside BRENDYS control. An obvious technical pricing error may be corrected before order confirmation.

EU distance sales include the statutory withdrawal right, except personalized goods and other lawful exceptions. These terms do not limit mandatory conformity guarantees.

BRENDYS provides digital storefronts, accounts, Maison Journal, BRENDYS Music, support, club functions and product request checkout. Some functions require a verified email and acceptance of current legal documents.

We may temporarily restrict access to protect clients, the brand and infrastructure in cases of suspected fraud, sanctions restrictions, automated attacks or breach of these terms.

The Seller for a particular purchase is the party identified during checkout, in the order confirmation, invoice or direct contract. A basket, wishlist, availability label or automated receipt is not acceptance. The client submits an offer; a contract arises only through express confirmation or another acceptance event stated during checkout.

The following requirements form part of this policy and are read together with transaction-specific information and mandatory law.

  • Stock may change before acceptance and no object is reserved merely because it is in a basket.
  • Limited releases may have quantity limits, allocation rules, concierge confirmation or anti-resale controls.
  • Pre-order timing is estimated; made-to-order, altered and custom pieces follow the agreed specification and production stage.
  • Prices are confirmed in the displayed EUR or USD context together with applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges.
  • Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance; the client may accept the corrected price or withdraw the request.
  • Payment authorisation is not acceptance and may be reversed after compliance or availability review.
  • Orders may be declined for unavailable stock, failed payment, fraud risk, unsupported territory, quantity abuse or inaccurate details.
  • Cancellation after production begins may be restricted for personalised or made-to-order goods, subject to mandatory law.
  • EU consumer conformity and withdrawal rights remain available where applicable; hygiene-sensitive, personalised, unsealed digital or fully performed services may have lawful exceptions.

BRENDYS follows a proportionate process designed to protect clients, the Maison and lawful commerce.

  • Request received: BRENDYS acknowledges technical receipt.
  • Review: availability, product configuration, price, destination, payment and compliance are checked.
  • Acceptance: an order confirmation identifies the accepted object and applicable Seller terms.
  • Preparation: status information is informational and may change when craft, security or delivery review requires.
  • Dispatch or handover: tracking or concierge instructions are supplied where available.
  • Cancellation and remedies follow the stage of performance, product type and mandatory consumer law.

Provide accurate information, protect account access, follow product and service instructions and respond promptly to proportionate verification requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These examples illustrate operation of the policy and do not replace fact-specific review or mandatory law.

Where reasonably necessary, BRENDYS may pause a transaction, request verification, correct information, restrict a feature, cancel an unaccepted order, preserve records, remove infringing material or decline service. Measures are proportionate and subject to mandatory rights.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. A transaction-specific confirmation, invoice or negotiated contract may contain more specific terms to the extent permitted by law.
